The Harlequin Adventure Race is an adventure duathlon with a mix of running and cycling over a hilly course. The full adventure duathlon is a total distance of 34.5k and consists of a 3k run, a 6.5k cycle, an 8.5k mountain run, a 14k cycle and a final 3k run. The mini duathlon covers a total distance of 11k and includes a 3k run, a 10k cycle, and a 3k walk/run. A standard racer will do perfectly for the bike sections and normal runners will do for all of the running sections.
