One of Zichron's two fabulous gourmet restaurants (the other is Picciotto), this restaurant, with its roots in rustic Provencal cooking, is charming, serving a rich and excellent French menu. With its own signature dishes, different from Picciotto's but equally fine, Hanishika turns this stretch of Zichron's main street into a gourmet's dream. Look for casseroles of lamb or pork, and chef's specials of the day. Special luncheon deals are also offered.
