Hala Mantı is a very traditional mantı house located on Istiklal Street. Mantı is the Turkish style ravioli with minced meat and yogurt. However, the menu is not limited to mantı. There is also a wide range of meals for breakfast including menemen (Turkish style scrambled eggs with tomatoes and feta cheese). The Cafe excels in mantı and gözleme (savory pancakes made with potatoes, cheese or meat).
