Gowran Farmers Market has a selection of locally produced organic vegetables, baking, delicatessen from Dunbrody and Thomastown and plants from an organic nursery. There is a variety of crafts from wood turning to button making, cards and paper crafts. They also sell toys and everything for the sustainable baby. Tea, coffee and scones are available for shoppers to enjoy whilst catching up with friends or relaxing while taking in the market atmosphere. Shoppers are invited to browse, buy and meet the people behind the products at the market which is held on the third Sunday of every month from 10am-2pm in Gowran Community Hall in Gowran, County Kilkenny.
