This bakery offers plenteous choice of cakes, breads, puddings and snacks. Options familiar to the foreign palate include Swiss roll and chocolate pudding with lychee or orange. For traditional Indonesian delicacies, try the lapis Surabaya (triple-layered sponge cake with chocolate layer in the middle) or kelepon (balls of glutinous rice flour with sweet filling and coated with grated coconut). These goodies are a little pricey, but well worth the splurge. Orders for special occasions are accepted.
