This is to help those who go looking for the famous cooking of Good Luck Cafe at the old location on the beach rooftop of Sri Harul. The restaurant is now directly behind in the street with partial sea view. So you go all the way down Othavadai main tourist street and turn left just before Santana Guest House and walk a few minutes to the Good Luck sign. The decor is simple right now but the food is still excellent authentic international cooking especially chinese dishes and american breakfast. Try the pancakes and juices. Best breakfast under $4 in town! Manager Diva speaks english and french fluently and gives out free political opinions.
