Started in February 2000, this golf course and resort appears to be the most promising for the earliest possible opening of an 18 hole golf course. The golf club is situated in beautiful Koncha Zaspa region with 3 river bordering the land. The full resort will consist of an 18 hole course, a driving range, a pitch and put course or an additional 9 hole course, a putting green, and full resort facilities. The resort facilities will include a Clubhouse, restaurant, condominium hotel, bars, a health club, swimming pool, river beach area, tennis courts, villas, and an outdoor theater. The course and resort will be affiliates in the USA, Europe, and Ukraine.
