Goccia is a lovely Mediterranean style duplex offering some great traditional Italian fare. Orange and grey dominate the color scheme in the ground floor lounge, while the upstairs main dining area is in a sober khaki hue. The terrace is another option but only when the weather permits. The menu is an assortment of regular Italian food plus some innovative dishes like Artichoke Ravioli with mint oil, Pepper-Encrusted Tuna with Oscietra Caviar and many more. Do try the scallops! Restaurant executive chef Fabrizio Napolitano is offering five new dishes featuring the succulent fleshed mollusks from oceans around the world. Taste the scallops natural sweetness in carpaccio paired with fresh beets and duck liver mousse, then move on to the more potent part of the meal with saffron and broad bean risotto with Italian scallops and beef jus reduction.
