About
Going on 200 years of service, this restaurant is right on the seashore and commands a beautiful view of the bay looking back toward Napoli. The menu is large -- two pages are devoted solely to pasta -- but the specialties are fish and seafood, which can be cooked to order (priced by the kilo). We recommend the delicious polpi Giuseppone (squid in a tomato and black olive sauce) and the exceptional fusilli della Baia (pasta with swordfish and pumpkin served in a crunchy cheese crust). The space is bright and airy, with an antique majolica floor in lemon hues. Towards the back wall, you can see how the building was literally hewn out of the looming cliff above it. During warm months, you can dine on the terrace outside.
