After the failure of the Synod Godang HKBP 51st from 23-28 September 1992 in Seminarium Sipoholon, never grew past that we like, which cause divisions in HKBP, and including in District VII Naidoo. Starting from there past that makes Parmingguon in the Church and some are made Parmingguon people in the house. This is the background of the establishment of HKBP Pangururan City.
