Gauri Shankar Temple

 The Gauri Shanker Temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. Flanked by his spouse Parvathi, the brass image of the deity looks marvelous and exudes divinity. Being part of a massive temple complex, this temple is located at the façade of the mammoth building. Iron bars and cloth pieces conceal the deity's image which gives an ethereal outlook to the sanctum of the temple. A speaking edifice of the great Gupta regime, the construction of the temple had been patronized by the illustrious king Yugkar Varman.
