Begin a meal here with a carpaccio of Styrian beef with wild mushrooms and arugula; strips of marinated salmon with pesto sauce; then continue perhaps with a truffled version of mushroom risotto; Wiener schnitzel with salad; tafelspitz with chive sauce and horseradish; or perhaps a filet of local lakefish (zander) with herbed noodles.
