About

In a restored old railway station, this newly renovated restaurant sits beside Lough Derg, overlooking the water on the Ballina side of the Killaloe bridge. There's a plant-filled conservatory-style room and a patio-terrace for fair-weather dining. The menu is filled with fresh local foods, and the most memorable dishes include the rack of lamb and perfectly grilled steaks. Seafood choices are also plentiful; including pan-fried black sole and a huge baked cod filet. Lighter bar food is available from noon to 10pm.
