Galley Gong's nightly menu, based on chef Hunter's morning produce finds, includes a range of rustic French dishes. The duck and the stuffed mushrooms are particularly good. The brick interior, open kitchen and elegant chandeliers complete the atmosphere. Chef Hunter will happily accommodate guest preferences; he'll even cook up off menu items for diners.
