Galleria Dallas definitely has world-class shops and dining.  There are also places you can have a great stroll with the kids and stroller to "breathe some different air". 

Go on the weekdays when it is a little less crowded, and smile at the other moms who have packed little lunches in baggies and tippy cups to walk through and window-shop.
