Frenchman Lake

Frenchman Lake is located in Southeastern Plumas County, California and was created by the damming of Little Last Chance Creek. Frenchman's lake is set in the forest (Plumas National Forest) of the most beautiful forestry I've seen in a long time. There were areas for fishing, camping, picnicking, jet skiing and boat. The place was very peaceful and very relaxing. We drove up with our two dogs so that our puppy could swim in the lake for the first time. He did a great job at it for a first timer. We didn't have to the opportunity to camp, fish or jet ski, but it looked like everyone was having a very good time.
