Fortuny is Hotel Cipriani's signature restaurant with tastefully done interiors using glass and amber colored mirrors. The rich fabric and the excellent view of the lagoon give this place a romantic charm. The restaurant serves some exotic Venetian cuisine and is known for its freshly made pasta and pastries. The menu also features a fine selection of fish and meat preparations and a host of assorted cheeses for dessert. The Fortuny Restaurant has two terraces bordering the lagoon, the Fortuny and Antique Terrace. Both are set in lush, flowered gardens and can be reserved for special events or private parties.
