A property of Trident Holiday Homes, Forest Haven is set in the family-friendly fishing village of Dunmore East, County Waterford. These four-star, three-bedroom holiday homes have an open plan living, dining and kitchen area on the ground floor. French doors open out onto the patio, which has furniture so guests can make the most of those warm, sunny days. On the first floor there is a double ensuite bedroom and two twins together with a family bathroom. In and around Dunmore East, there is a great choice of activities on offer, including golf at Dunmore East Golf Club (guests can avail of discounts on green fees) and Faithlegg Golf Club. There are public tennis courts in the village and horse riding opportunities, not to mention a number of fabulous walks along the surrounding cliff tops, which have stunning views of the sea and the lighthouse on Hook Peninsula. As the village is centred around its quaint harbour, there can be no surprise at the wide variety of water based activities available to visitors. These include Sea Safari boat tours of the coast, deep-sea charters, angling charters, windsurfing, kayaking, sailing and power boating. The maritime theme is also evident in many of the local restaurants and pubs, most of which serve locally caught fresh fish.
