Tucked away on a side street off Taylor Square, Foley Lane is the latest in a string of small bars to open in Darlinghurst. Taking over the former Salt Clinic site, Foley Lane's design is simple and sophisticated with an open bar and kitchen. Owners Nathan Moses and Julian Marchetto have created a relaxed environment where guests can come for a drink but stay for dinner. The menu features authentic Spanish tapas with dishes such as king crab croquette and tongue and cheek slider.
