Flying Fish and C Bistro are the restaurants at O-CE-N Bali by Outrigger. The decor here is trendy and ambient, befitting the stylish resort-style accommodation found in O-CE-N. The location right at the beachfront of Legian and Seminyak Beach allow diners to enjoy a beautiful view of the coastline as they dine on a wide selection of dishes. In keeping with the name, they offer a host of seafood dishes, with the signature "Flying Fish Chilled Seafood Platter" coming highly recommended – laden with king prawns, fresh oysters, green mussels, crab and lobster. Other highlights include Surf & Turf, featuring Australian beef fillet with prawns and crab; Indonesian Nasi Goreng, with the unique twist of adding half a lobster and homemade kimchee; and the Sashimi Platter.
