Gothenburg has had many chocolate factories and the largest one used to be Karnolds, which was built in 1901 next to Liseberg. Unfortunately, there are no factories left today, but the shop Flickorna Karnold still exists. It not only sells French chocolates and pralinés, but also assorted sweets. The shop is small and old-fashioned in a nice way. To get here, take trams 1, 2, 4, 5 or 9 to Grönsakstorget.
