Fifteen Amsterdam is a Dutch restaurant based on the successful concept of Jamie Oliver's Fifteen in London. Every year fifteen young people with limited future prospects are chosen and trained to become chef's. This huge restaurant (200 seats) is set up in a former warehouse and serves modern Mediterranean dishes. Fifteen has a a la carte menu with lovely dishes such as antipasti, homemade pasta's and great desserts.
