This market is located in the Melville Street Outdoor Car Park, and offers less in the way of scenery, prepared foods and non-food items. But it's also more of a serious food market -- here, keep your eyes open for white jackets, as Hobart's chefs are often spotted provisioning their restaurants here. The vegetables and fruits here are the stars, but you'll also find meat, seafood as well as baked goods and cheese.
