Roger (the owner) is a conscientious-objector to cafe wi-fi, so don't expect any. But do expect sociable strangers, shelves-full of community sketchbooks, a pile of tattered old board-games, the best newsstand outside of Civic Center, old Hell's Angels guys socializing with Armani clad architects, delicious coffee drinks, a toy bin for the kids, and dog-friendly folks outside to pet your dog while you're inside.
