Chec out the FlowRider at Kissimmee's Fantasy Surf, a new indoor surfing facility. Body board, knee board, or stand as 15,000 gallons of water rushes through the surf simulator at about 30 miles per hour creating the perfect continual wave. When you fall, the trampoline-like surface under the water gently bounces you to the side where you can hop out and try again.
