The Escalinada has been serving Nice specialties every day for over forty years, including home-made Gnocchi (potato dumplings), Ravioli, sheep's testicles coated with breadcrumbs, Porchetta and Courgette Flower Fritters. This highly traditional establishment is located at the foot of the steps leading up to the old town.
