El Duende offer the seafood delicacies of Spain and the steaks of Argentina - a classic combination. There are also live tango dancers and tango music, making this a lively and interesting place to dine. This is another of Kraków's cellar restaurants. As is almost always the case, the cellar itself provides the largest part of the atmosphere but the owners have also added subtle Spanish touches which are both elegant and pleasing. When the music and dancing starts (usually on weekends) the atmosphere becomes very lively and festive- it makes a great way to start a night out clubbing. The seafood of Spain and the steaks of Argentina are all available on one imaginative menu. Everything is prepared in the Spanish style and there is a good selection of wine and drinks available too. The prices here are reasonable. It opens daily from 10a.
