Edomae Sushi is really serious about its fish, and boasts some of the freshest sushi ingredients in the city at reasonable prices. The chefs really know what they are doing and will tell you which of the fish is freshest that day for the perfect sushi experience. It is a favourite with the local Japanese community, and it also offers excellent value business lunches that range from 25-40 Yuan. Try the gunkan maki with toro and quail egg or the octopus sushi for a real treat.
