The Dholya Ganapati Mandir on the Krishna-river bank at Wai is a beautiful piece of old temple architecture. Located on the river bank, it gives the feeling of one being present at a holy/pious place. Wai is important historically and culturally since it was the seat of knowledge / philosophy till recent times even today, Ved paathshalas. Nice temple in Wai. Statue of Ganesh is very big. Surrounding area is clean. River cum Nalla behind the temple needs attention.
