Delphi Fishery is particularly noted for its excellent runs of atlantic salmon in beautiful surroundings and is one of Ireland’s most productive fisheries. Delphi has a big hatchery and operates a highly successful salmon enhancement programme. Wild fish must be released, tagged fish are kept. There are professional gillies/guides on site and tuition is available. The superb Delphi Lodge has lovely food and a great wine list. There also self-catering options in one of five charming holiday cottages.
