The occasion was a tutored tasting of six wines with six-course matching meal. The beautiful wines were generously poured and the matching food was without doubt spectacular. This cosy basement bar is a deceptively large and hugely popular haunt tucked away off St James's, a short stroll from Green Park tube. The best of British classics on the menu accompanied by our impressive wine list with around 40 wines available by the glass. There are lots of options for entertaining here from a private boardroom seating 14 to the more quirky party spaces under the arches.
