About

This trendy, 16-seat bistro reveals just how much Coyhaique is changing. A few years ago you would never find anything even remotely this hip in town. Chef Cristián Balboa, who lives upstairs, opened the restaurant and filled it with artistic flair and funky antiques in 2007. The sizeable wine list pairs well with their luscious rack of lamb, salmon and chorizo plate, and whatever else that's in season in Patagonia. The restaurant is hidden away in a residential area 5 blocks from the plaza. Just look for the oversized mural of Salvador Dalí.
