Alfonso and his son Rami prepare excellent Libyan cuisine which is strictly kosher. The restaurant is uncomplicated and well cared for. In the summer, the veranda is used for the diners. Cous cous is the house speciality without a doubt, it may even be the best cous cous in Rome, and is accompanied by beef and chickpeas or spicy potatoes, or even fish. The Spicy Fish and the home-made desserts are very good. It is advisable to book at weekends.
