Looking like a maize barn, this type of building serves cheap habitat for most rural folk. About fourty percent of Ghanaian rural ffolk live in this type of cheap houses. Besides the low cost of establishment, the comfort obtained here by the inhabitants is immeasurable. It provides very cool floor especially in summer, hence the name summer hut.
