Curraghchase Free Range Pork is exceptional rare-breed pork produced by Caroline and Joe Rigney on their traditional Irish Farm and Guesthouse in the beautiful Kilcornan countryside, County Limerick. Caroline has three rare breeds; Saddlebacks, Tamworth’s and Gloucester Old Spots. All are fed on a slow growing, gluten-free diet and this helps attribute to the high quality meat produced by the Rigney’s. Caroline prides herself in the fact that they use 80% pork shoulder in the production of their high quality handmade sausages and that their dry cured ham and bacon is completely nitrate and phosphate free.
