About
Since it was established in the late 1990s, this Mexican/Latino restaurant has captured the hearts and imaginations of many of the young and fun-loving night owls of Arosa. The setting looks less Mexican than you might have expected, with fewer folkloric and rustic implements than, say, in a Tex-Mex emporium in San Antonio. Instead, you'll find walls painted in vivid tones of red, blue, and yellow, some Cuban and South America-derived paintings, and a bar that busily dispenses tequila-based drinks whose party-colored hues might remind you of a sunset in the Yucatán. Menu items include tacos, tortillas, burritos, fajitas, an excellent version of spareribs, and chili. Overall, this place is a welcome antidote from too constant (and too dour) a dose of the Alps, especially during the midwinter chill.
