Cucina in Italian means Kitchen and with Al fresco dining this Cucina is no ordinary kitchen, Massimo Gavin is the general manager and he has had experience working at Goccia and DiVino Group. There are actually two kitchens, one Western and one Eastern at Cucino but the main ingredients are imported from Italy. Dishes can be prepared to suit your own personal tastes and its wine cabinet stores over 200 bottles of aged varieties of Sangoviese Merlots and cocktail wines the like. Steamed crab seems to be popular as the main course and starter platters but the Gnocchetti Saardi is delicious.
