Concept restaurant in Amsterdam challenges eaters to use all their senses.Dining in the DarkBlind date takes on a whole new meaning at this unique Amsterdam restaurant where guests dine in utter darkness. Upon arrival, diners are instructed to leave any light sources in lockers, so they can feel and taste their way through a surprise three-course menu served by blind (or partially-blind) servers. Chefs use stronger flavours and unique combinations of textures to compensate for the lack of sight.
