As the name implies, the tour guides here are cowboys (or rather cowboy actors) entertaining visitors with stories, stagecoach rides and hearty meals. A five- and a-half hour trip to the historic town of Tubac includes lunch at the Rex Ranch and a visit to the old mission of Tumacacori. Tours to the wine country near Elgin include wine tastings.
