This highly respected restaurant stands next to the casino and serves a large variety of excellent, fresh grilled fish. The most popular and most frequently ordered fish is codfish, so-called "faithful friend" to the Portuguese. But many other delights are featured, including grouper, dorado, and fresh sardines. You can also order a limited selection of the other dishes. The chefs insist on using fresh ingredients, the service is impeccable, and the welcome is warm -- all making for a winning combination. The bar, open daily from 1pm to 6am, is popular with guests from the casino.
