Corrib Tackle is home to Ireland's first airsoft indoor shooting range is an entertainment facility for individuals, companies, stags, hens and tourists to use. Visitors can hire a selection of airsoft pistols for use on the five professional shooting lanes, one of which is also available for archery.Airsoft guns fire a 6mm plastic pellet and, in Ireland, are legally limited to a one joule of energy - sufficient only to leave a minor bruise from a range of 10m. Corrib's shooting range is the first opportunity for skilled target practice, and its indoor location makes it appealing for less weather-hardened airsoft fans.The shooting range is open seven days per week, and can be booked in the evenings for private parties. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The range can be booked by telephone or online at Corrib's new website.To discover historic Galway City, why not take a tour on a Segway Eyre Square, Spanish Arch, Corrib River, the Docks, Shop Street and Galway Bay are among the places you will discover. Meeting Point is at Unit 9, Kiltartan House, Forster Street, Galway. Tours depart at 10am, 12pm, 2pm & 4pm (weather permitting) and discounts are available if visitors pick up a brochure from the Discover Ireland Centre, Forster Street.
