A wood pellet burner replaces a traditional oil-fired system, a heat recovery/ventilation system converts cold air into warm air. There are triple glazed wooden windows throughout the guesthouse. Other more tried and trusted approaches such as time controlled showers and swipe card access for guests to ensure that energy efficiency is the main priority. Guest room facilities include comfortable spinal care beds, feather and non-allergic pillows and complimentary WiFi. Wheelchair accessible rooms are available.
