If you like your pizza base thin and crispy, Col'Cacchio is the best in town (though little Limoncello is a real contender). Recommended choices include the Tre Colori (smoked salmon, sour cream, and caviar) and the Prostituto (avocado, bacon, feta, and spinach), but there are a host of toppings and the usual "create your own" option. Salads are large and fresh (try the smoked chicken and Peppadew), and service is fast. It's a large and laid-back venue with a child-friendly staff; ask for a bit of dough to "shape and bake."
