This club is housed in the beautiful Bethmann Pavilion dating from 1808. One of the most frequented clubs in Frankfurt, it draws a widely varied crowd, depending on the night of the week -- student night on Thursday, a 30s-to-40s crowd on Friday, and dance music on Saturday, which draws a younger crowd in their 20s to the R&B music as well as hip-hop and soul. The ground floor offers two bars and a spacious dance floor, with more tranquil seating in the winter garden. For those who want to sit, talk, and cuddle, there is the upper floor bar with its many cushions. The Odeon is open only on Monday 5pm to 4am, Thursday 9pm to 4am, and Friday and Saturday 10pm until dawn.
