Citrus is a simple restaurant in Hotel Valencia overlooking the scenic River walk, serving tasty New American and Spanish cuisines. The interiors are simple yet welcoming. A large hall with rows of long tables decorated with flowers and straight backed chairs create a formal ambiance. Try the Texas farmed chicken, roasted bluefoot chanterelle, spaghetti squash or the oven roasted gulf snapper. For the dessert, the dark chocolate gateau, chocolate gelato, vanilla anglaise or an ice cream trio of mango-coconut, pineapple and lime are all highly recommended.
