The Dim Sum lunch is especially popular, while Sunday Brunch offers a lavish buffet. Peking Duck is the house specialty, while other favourites such as General Tao's Chicken are prepared with uncommon skill. The Lotus Bleu bar is a tranquil spot for a pre- or post-dinner drink.
