A local favorite for the colorful Thali that it serves. It's a mix of Rajasthani and Gujrati cuisine. Pure vegetarian delight is on offer and you need to reserve beforehand as this place gets full for lunch and dinner. Don't think about calories while you gorge on 'Dal Bhati Churma', that the restaurant is known for. There's a lighter 'Khichdi' that tastes yummy with Kadhi. Kathol is a mixed sprout preparation that goes well with 'Bhakris'. A Thali cannot be shared, but you can have as much as you wish. Even on a full stomach you'll want to have more and more when the friendly waiting staff cheerfully offers for more helpings of the sumptuous fare.
