Charanpaduka

This is the sacred rock, that is believed to hold the foot prints of Lord Vishnu. As per the legends it was here that lord Vishnu had first put his foot. As per the references given in Bhagwat purana, Udhhav the minister of lord Krishna had been here with the Charan paduka of the lord to get riddance from his wrongs. This site is perched at the height of 3380 feet and demands a difficult ascent.
