Cetli, Polar at Orion, [10]. 5-10pm. Probably the best food in town. Somewhat expensive but well worth it. The young chef-owner Claudia has been trained at Mexico City's premier culinary academy. Unfortunately few tourists ever notice this place since it's not on the main strip.
