This major French supermarket and warehouse retailer was one of the first hypermarkets in Taiwan. Today, it is also the most successful with over 20 stores island-wide. Carrefour's supermarket boasts a large fresh food and delicatessen section. In addition, the store carries a wide assortment of electronics, home appliances, clothes, everything you could possibly need. The most respected brand names are stocked here and, although brand selection is limited, there are some very good deals. Subsequently, Carrefour is flooded with customers on weekends.
